When I reserved the van, I reserved a 'mini van' but when I went to pick up, I was offered either a 8 passenger van with extra cargo room or a SUV. The rental it’s self was great but we had to air up tires shortly after leaving. Car rental companies onsite at Nashville Intl airport include Hertz, Sixt, Dollar, Budget. He’s straight up told me no he wasn’t going to help me and hung up the phone. The first time we showed up we had called ahead to make sure that paying in cash was not gonna be an issue but apparently with that singular location it is an issue and it requires to have an open credit card and not cash only unless you have two airline tickets now this became a huge problem because I did not have this prepared on hand.
